Sonic The Hedgehog was one of the first games I played growing, but for today’s young people, that honor is probably going to Minecraft (or if it is really unfortunate, Fortnite).
Now, however, my sonic childhood hero is entering Minecraft’s world to celebrate the 30th anniversary of him, and I feel that this represents the best possible opportunity for me to touch the incredibly popular game of Mojang for the first time.
You see, for someone who is proud to have tasted most of what the world of the game has to offer, I am ashamed a bit to admit that I have not yet played Minecraft after all these years. I do not know if it was all the “build it” of the nature of the game that first removed me or the basic images of blocks, but the madness happened to me in the blink of an eye, like a sonic sound at the top . velocity.

However, after watching the Sonic X Minecraft DLC trailer, I think I could be ready to give Minecraft a good university, finally try to see what all the uproar is about. I mean, just look how big Sonic looks using Minecraft’s unique art … and knuckles.
Even though the Sonic and Minecraft crossing does not revolve around the usual formula of “Mina, craft, build” of the Mojang game, that is probably something good. I can immerse my fingers in the unique world of the game on the back of something that I already know and I love, since the Sonic DLC will have players collecting rings, running past obstacles and defeating the bosses. Then, if I feel warming up with Minecraft’s forms, maybe, maybe, I’ll be hit on some blocks.
In a crucial way, the Sonic DLC seeks to be much more substantial than Super Mario Crossover, which only seemed a burden of skins and articles to my inexperienced eye. Take that, Mario.
